- We store SMS message content to display conversation histories in your dashboard
- Message data is transmitted through our SMS provider (VoIP.ms) to deliver and receive messages
- We log message timestamps, sender/recipient numbers, and delivery status for service operation
- We do not sell or share SMS message content with third parties for marketing purposes
- You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your clients before sending them messages, in compliance with the TCPA and applicable regulations
5. Payment Processing
We use Stripe to process subscription payments and to enable client billing features. When you use payment features:
- Your Stripe API credentials are stored securely and used only to process payments on your behalf
- We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers
- Payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their Privacy Policy
- Invoice and transaction records are stored in our database for your billing history
