How do I add my services and set my availability?
Log in to your dashboard and go to Services to add the services you offer (name, duration, price). Then go to Settings → Business Hours to set your weekly schedule. Your booking page will only show genuinely open slots.
How do I share my booking link with clients?
Your booking page is live immediately after setup. Find your URL in the dashboard header or under Settings → Website. Add it to your Instagram bio, Google Business profile, or anywhere else clients find you.
How do I set up automatic SMS reminders?
Go to Settings → Reminders and enable SMS reminders. You can configure the timing (e.g., 1 week before and 24 hours before). Reminders are available on Standard and Pro plans.
How do I connect my Stripe account for payments?
Go to Settings → Payments and enter your Stripe Secret Key. You can find it in your Stripe dashboard under API keys. Creating a Stripe account is free.
How do I connect a custom domain?
On Standard and Pro plans, go to Settings → Website and enter your domain. You'll need to add a CNAME record in your domain registrar's DNS settings pointing to smartercalendar.com. DNS changes can take up to 24–48 hours.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Go to Settings → Billing & Subscription. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.
My verification email didn't arrive — what do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us with the email address you signed up with and we'll resend it manually.
